This is me

Since graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a Costume Design and Making Degree, I have worked in various positions in theatre, enjoying all aspects of this work from dressing and wardrobe to designing and making. I am a very creative person, always working on new skills and exploring different materials.

I am a happy, friendly person who is able to fit in without making a song and dance about it. I really like working in a team but I can also work well alone. I have become very resilient because of my work in Pantomime. I have five years of experience in Pantomime, starting out working as an assistant and dresser then progressing to designer and maker. I feel that after the pressure and quick changes of Pantomime, I have been well trained to cope in any theatrical setting.

I have a good knowledge of costume history and a love of costume throughout the ages. I also have a good level of experience in sourcing and constructing historical costume.
